The Special Committee remains committed to the consideration of any new proposals conducive to the enhancement of the United Nations capacity to fulfil its responsibilities in the field of peacekeeping, in accordance with its mandate to comprehensively review the whole question of peacekeeping operations in all their aspects.

His delegation noted the informal dialogue between the Special Committee and some administering Powers and called for that dialogue to be formalized and directed towards the consideration of any new proposals that would lead to the exercise by the peoples of the remaining Non-Self-Governing Territories of their right to self-determination.
١٣ - واستأنف قائلا إن وفده يحيط علما بالحوار غير الرسمي الذي يجري بين اللجنة الخاصة وبعض الدول القائمة باﻹدارة، وهو يدعو إلى إضفاء الطابع الرسمي على ذلك الحوار وتوجيهه نحو بحث أي مقترحات جديدة تؤدي إلى ممارسة شعوب اﻷقاليم المتبقية غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي لحقها في تقرير المصير.

Notes that no new proposals on how to demonstrate additionality have been submitted to the Executive Board since the second session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;

Action: The COP may wish to hear and consider any new proposals on the matter, and then invite the President to conduct informal consultations with a view to concluding deliberations on the item by the end of the session.
37- الإجراء: قد يود مؤتمر الأطراف أن يستمع إلى أي مقترحات جديدة بشأن هذه المسألة، ويدعو بعدئذ الرئيس إلى إجراء مشاورات غير رسمية بهدف الانتهاء من المداولات بشأن هذا البند بحلول نهاية الدورة.
