)أ( ليس للموظف، الذي يستقيل قبل إتمام سنة واحدة من الخدمة أو في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ عودته من سفر إجازة زيارة الوطن أو إجازة زيارة اﻷسرة، الحق في الحصول على مصاريف رحلة اﻹياب له أو ﻷفراد أسرته، إلا إذا رأى اﻷمين العام أن هناك ظروفا اضطرارية توجب اﻹذن بدفع هذه المصاريف.

(b) Project personnel who resign before completing one year of service or within six months following the date of return from home leave or family visit travel shall not be entitled to payment of travel expenses on separation for themselves or their family members.

(أ) ليس للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا الذي يستقيل قبل إتمام سنة واحدة من الخدمة أو في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ عودته من سفر إجازة زيارة الوطن أو إجازة زيارة الأسرة، الحق في الحصول على مصاريف رحلة الإياب له أو لأفراد أسرته، إلا إذا رأى الأمين العام أن هناك أسبابا اضطرارية توجب الإذن بدفع هذه المصاريف.

14. It is recommended that when official travel is combined with home leave or family visit travel, the standard of accommodation for travel by air for the entire journey, including the official business travel, would be the standard of accommodation for air travel on home leave or family visit travel at the least costly airfare irrespective of the duration of the particular journey.
14 - ويوصى في الحالات التي يُجمع فيها بين السفر لزيارة الأسرة والسفر في إجازة لزيارة الوطن أو لزيارة الأسرة أن يكون مستوى درجة السفر بالطائرة للرحلة كلها، بما في ذلك السفر في مهمة رسمية، هو مستوى درجة السفر الجوي للسفر في إجازة زيارة الوطن أو زيارة الأسرة وفقا لأسعار تذاكر السفر الأقل تكلفة بغض النظر عن مدة الرحلة.
