(i) On appointment, from the place of recruitment or the place recognized as the staff member's home for purposes of home leave under staff rule 5.2 to the official duty station;
' 1` عند التعيين، من مكان التعيين أو من المكان الذي يعترف لأغراض إجازة زيارة الوطن بموجب القاعدة 5-2 من النظام الإداري للموظفين بأنه وطن الموظف إلى مركز العمل الرسمي؛

However, if the staff member had an appointment for a period of two years or longer or had completed not less than two years of continuous service, the United Nations shall pay his or her expenses to travel to the place recognized as his or her home for the purpose of home leave under staff rule 5.2.
بيد أن الموظف إذا كان معينا لمدة سنتين أو أكثر أو كان قد أكمل ما لا يقل عن سنتين من الخدمة المتصلة، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفره إلى المكان الذي يُعتبر وطنه لأغراض إجازة زيارة الوطن بموجب القاعدة 5-2.

However, if the staff member had an appointment for a period of two years or longer or had completed not less than two years of continuous service, the United Nations shall pay his or her expenses to travel to the place recognized as his or her home for the purpose of home leave under staff rule 5.2.
بيد أن الموظف إذا كان معينا لمدة سنتين أو أكثر أو كان قد أكمل ما لا يقل عن سنتين من الخدمة المتصلة، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفره إلى المكان الذي يُعتبر وطنه لأغراض إجازة زيارة الوطن بموجب القاعدة 5/2.

(a) Internationally recruited staff members, as defined under staff rule 4.5 (a) and not excluded from home leave under staff rule 4.5 (b), who are residing and serving outside their home country and who are otherwise eligible shall be entitled once in every 24 months of qualifying service to visit their home country at United Nations expense for the purpose of spending in that country a reasonable period of annual leave.
(أ) للموظفين المعيّنين على أساس دولي، على النحو المحدد بموجب القاعدة 4-5 (أ) من النظام الإداري للموظفين وغير المستثنين من حكم إجازة زيارة الوطن بموجب القاعدة 4-5 (ب) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، الذين يقيمون ويعملون خارج وطنهم ويستوفون الشروط المطلوبة، الحق في زيارة وطنهم مرة كل 24 شهرا من الخدمة المؤهلة لذلك على نفقة الأمم المتحدة بغرض قضاء فترة معقولة من الإجازة السنوية فيه.

(a) Internationally recruited staff members, as defined under staff rule 4.5 (a) and not excluded from home leave under staff rule 4.5 (b), who are residing and serving outside their home country and who are otherwise eligible shall be entitled once in every twenty-four months of qualifying service to visit their home country at United Nations expense for the purpose of spending in that country a reasonable period of annual leave.
(أ) للموظفين المعيّنين على أساس دولي، على النحو المحدد بموجب القاعدة 4-5 (أ) من النظام الإداري للموظفين وغير المستثنين من حكم إجازة زيارة الوطن بموجب القاعدة 4-5 (ب) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، الذين يقيمون ويعملون خارج وطنهم ويستوفون الشروط المطلوبة، الحق في زيارة وطنهم مرة كل أربعة وعشرين شهرا من الخدمة المؤهلة لذلك على نفقة الأمم المتحدة بغرض قضاء فترة معقولة من الإجازة السنوية فيه.
