2. The Special Committee considered, moreover, that it would be desirable to review from time to time the Procedures and Organization of the General Assembly [para. 13].

Other delegations expressed the view that annex V of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, which laid out the conclusions of the Special Committee on the Rationalization of the Procedures and Organization of the General Assembly provided, in paragraph 104, for the application of the principle of consensus.

1. The Chairman drew the Committee's attention to rule 92 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly concerning elections by secret ballot and to paragraph 16 of Assembly decision 34/401 on the rationalization of the Procedures and Organization of the General Assembly.
1 - الرئيس: تلا نص المادة 92 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية العامة المتعلقة بالانتخابات بالاقتراع السري، وكذلك الفقرة 16 من المقرر 34/401 بشأن ترشيد إجراءات الجمعية العامة وتنظيم أعمالها.

1. The Chair drew the Committee's attention to rule 92 of the rules of procedure of the General Assembly concerning elections by secret ballot and to paragraph 16 of General Assembly decision 34/401 on the rationalization of the Procedures and Organization of the General Assembly.
