The letter stated that Morocco could not accept an indefinite postponement of the referendum and called upon the Security Council to " take all necessary steps to ensure the resumption of the process with a view to holding the referendum on schedule " .
وتنص الرسالة على أنه لا يمكن أن تقبل المغرب تأجيلا غير محدد للاستفتاء وتدعو مجلس اﻷمن إلى " اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان استئناف العملية بهدف إجراء الاستفتاء في الوقت المحدد " .

94 - ومراعاة من اللجنة الخاصة لولايتها بشأن الصحراء الغربية ولمسؤوليتها الأساسية عن كفالة تنفيذ قرار الجمعية العامة 1514 (د - 15) فيما يتعلق بجميع الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، ووفقا لمقرر اتخذته في جلستها 1397، المعقودة في 23 آب/أغسطس 1991، قد توفد اللجنة بعثة إلى الصحراء الغربية في أثناء إجراء الاستفتاء في الإقليم.

The Prime Minister stated that Morocco could not accept an indefinite postponement of the referendum and called upon the Council to " take all necessary steps to ensure the resumption of the process with a view to holding the referendum on schedule " .
وصرح رئيس الوزراء بأنه لا يمكن أن تقبل المغرب تأجيلا غير محدد للاستفتاء وتدعو مجلس اﻷمن إلى " اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان استئناف العملية بهدف إجراء الاستفتاء في الوقت المحدد " .

In response, Prime Minister Filali addressed a letter to the President of the Security Council on 26 June, 12/ in which he stated that Morocco could not accept an indefinite postponement of the referendum and called upon the Council to take all necessary steps to ensure the resumption of the process with a view to holding the referendum on schedule.
وردا على ذلك وجه رئيس الوزراء فلالي رسالة الى رئيس مجلس اﻷمن في ٢٦ حزيران/يونيه)١٢(، ذكر فيها أن المغرب لا يمكنها قبول تأجيل الاستفتاء الى أجل غير مسمى وطلب الى المجلس اتخاذ جميع الخطوات الضرورية لضمان استئناف العملية بغية إجراء الاستفتاء في الموعد المقرر.

9. The Department of Public Information worked closely with the Department of Peacekeeping Operations to provide the United Nations Mission in the Sudan (UNMIS) with strategic communications support in the lead-up to the referendum in July, including by following up on the implementation of the recommendations of the field assessment mission it had carried out in 2010 and the drafting of a Headquarters communications strategy.
9 - وعملت إدارة شؤون الإعلام بصورة وثيقة مع إدارة عمليات حفظ السلام لتقديم دعم استراتيجي في مجال الاتصالات لبعثة الأمم المتحدة في السودان في الفترة التي سبقت إجراء الاستفتاء في تموز/يوليه مباشرة، بما في ذلك عن طريق متابعة تنفيذ توصيات بعثة التقييم الميداني التي قامت بها في عام 2010 وصياغة استراتيجية اتصالات للمقر.

45. With regard to Western Sahara, the international community hoped that the settlement plan would be speedily implemented and that a successful outcome to the work of the Identification Commission would enable the referendum in the Territory to be carried out as planned.
٤٥ - وفيما يتعلق بالصحراء الغربية قال إن المجتمع الدولي يأمل أن تنفذ خطة التسوية دون إبطاء وأن تكلل عمل لجنة تحديد الهوية بالنجاح من شأنه أن يمكن من إجراء الاستفتاء في هذا الاقليم وفقا للخطة.

The General Fono also appointed a translation committee and a referendum commission and in November 2005 set the dates for the referendum from 11 to 15 February 2006.
كما عين مجلس الفونو العام لجنة للترجمة ومفوضية للاستفتاء، وحدد في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2005 موعد إجراء الاستفتاء في الفترة من 11 إلى 15 شباط/فبراير 2006.

He reaffirmed the need for Morocco and Frente POLISARIO to continue their direct talks under United Nations auspices with a view to holding the referendum as soon as possible.
وأضاف بأن الوفد يؤكد مجددا ضرورة أن يواصل المغرب وجبهة البوليساريو مباحثاتهما المباشرة تحت رعاية اﻷمم المتحدة حتى يتسنى إجراء الاستفتاء في أقرب وقت ممكن.

41. In conclusion, he reaffirmed his country's attachment to the rapid and effective implementation of the settlement plan with a view to the holding of a referendum as soon as possible in early 1995.
