" ٣ - تطلب من اﻷمين العام رصد الجهود المبذولة في هذا الخصوص على الصعيدين اﻹقليمي والثنائي وغيرهما من الصعد، وإبلاغ الجمعية في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين بالتقدم المحرز في حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في إستونيا ولاتفيا. "

1. At its 3rd plenary meeting, on 24 September 1993, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the General Committee, decided to include in the agenda of its forty-eighth session the item entitled " Situation of human rights in Estonia and Latvia " and to allocate it to the Third Committee.
١ - في جلستها العامة الثالثة المعقودة في ٤٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣، قررت الجمعية العامة، بناء على توصية مكتبها، أن تدرج في جدول أعمال دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين البند المعنون " حالة حقوق الانسان في إستونيا ولاتفيا " وأن تحيله إلى اللجنة الثالثة.
