From my country, Costa Rica, where, whenever we sing our national anthem, we say " Long live work and peace " , we raise our voice in this Hall to proclaim together with the prophet Isaiah that swords shall be beaten into ploughshares and that men shall learn war no more.
من بلدي كوستاريكا، حيث كلما أنشدنا نشيدنا الوطني نقول: " يحيا العمل والسلام " ، نرفع صوتنا في هذه القاعة لنردد جميعا مع النبي إشعيا أن السيوف ستنقلب إلى مناجل، وأن الرجال لن يتعلموا الحرب بعد الآن.

Let us realize the vision of Isaiah: " The people who walk in darkness will see a great light " . (The Holy Bible, Isaiah 9:2).
فلنحقق رؤية النبي إشعيا: " الشعب السالك في الظلام رأى نورا ساطعا " (الكتاب المقدس، النبي إشعيا، الفصل 9، الآية 2).
