Recognizing the need for cooperation and coordination between international organizations active in the field of insolvency law reform to ensure consistency and alignment of that work and to facilitate the development of international standards,

That approach to publication would emphasize not only that the work on enterprise groups was complementary and closely related to the treatment of single debtors in the Guide, but also that it was an integral part of the legislative guidance provided by UNCITRAL on insolvency law reform.
ويؤكد ذلك النهج المتبع في النشر على أن العمل بشأن مجموعات المنشآت تكميلي ويرتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بمعاملة مختلف المدينين في الدليل، كما يؤكد على أنه جزء أساسي من التوجيهات التشريعية التي تقدمها الأونسيترال بشأن إصلاح قانون الإعسار.

(ii) The World Bank's Finance and Private Sector Development Forum 2009 to discuss insolvency law reform and the interaction of the work by the World Bank and UNCITRAL (Washington, 25 February 2009); and
`2` منتدى البنك الدولي حول التمويل وتنمية القطاع الخاص لعام 2009 لمناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار والتفاعل بين الأعمال التي يضطلع بها كل من البنك الدولي والأونسيترال (واشنطن، 25 شباط/فبراير 2009) ؛

Participants expressed the hope that the activity currently being undertaken by international organizations in insolvency law reform would lead to better insolvency laws and institutional frameworks in the future, as well as to wider adoption of the UNCITRAL Model Law.
3- أعرب المشاركون عن أملهم في أن يؤدي النشاط الذي تضطلع به المنظمات الدولية حاليا في مجال إصلاح قانون الإعسار إلى قوانين وأطر مؤسسية أفضل للإعسار، وإلى اعتماد قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي على نطاق أوسع.

(e) The Africa round table on insolvency law reform with the aim of facilitating discussion of insolvency law reform in the African region and identifying outcomes for further action.
(ه( اجتماع المائدة المستديرة الخاصة بأفريقيا بشأن إصلاح قانون الإعسار بغية تيسير مناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار في منطقة أفريقيا وتحديد النتائج المستخلَصة وما قد يلزم اتخاذه من تدابير إضافيّة في هذا الشأن.

(c) Participation as speaker at the 3rd INSOL Africa Roundtable on Insolvency law, with the aim to facilitate discussion of insolvency law reform in the African region in the context of issues of particular concern to that region, such as micro- and small enterprises, as well as to promote consideration of the need to address cross-border insolvency.
(ج) المشاركة بكلمة في المائدة المستديرة الثالثة الخاصة بأفريقيا للرابطة الدولية لأخصائيي إعادة الهيكلة والإعسار والإفلاس حول قانون الإعسار بهدف تيسير مناقشة إصلاح قانون الإعسار في منطقة أفريقيا في سياق المسائل ذات الاهتمام الخاص في هذه المنطقة، مثل المنشآت الصغرى والصغيرة، بالإضافة إلى التشجيع على النظر في الحاجة إلى معالجة الإعسار عبر الحدود.
