In advance of the Tenth Congress, interested Governments, national and international agencies and organizations would be invited to communicate the following information: (a) additional pertinent issues for examination during the workshop; (b) their intention to participate in or organize a particular workshop activity; and (c) suggestions regarding possible technical cooperation needs, possibilities and resources.
