وفي اجتماع ثلاثي عُقد في بيجين اتفق الاتحاد الروسي والصين وباكستان على بذل جهود متضافرة لصون السلام والاستقرار والأمن في أفغانستان والمنطقة، ودعم عملية المصالحة التي تقودها أفغانستان، وتعزيز التعاون في مكافحة الإرهاب ومكافحة المخدرات في إطار عملية اسطنبول للأمن والتعاون الإقليميين من أجل تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في أفغانستان.

17. Commends the outcome of the Istanbul Conference for Afghanistan held on 2 November 2011, welcomes the ongoing Afghanled regional effort within the framework of the Istanbul Process on Regional Security and Cooperation for a Secure and Stable Afghanistan, and calls upon Afghanistan and its regional partners to continue to enhance regional dialogue and confidence;
