4 - يجوز لأي دولة طرف تصدر إعلانا وفقا للفقرة 3 أن تسحب في أي وقت إعلانها بإخطار توجهه إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

1. A decision made by a court having jurisdiction under this Convention shall be recognized and enforced in another Contracting State in accordance with the law of that Contracting State when both States have made a declaration in accordance with article 76.
١- يجب الاعتراف بالقرار الذي تصدره المحكمة التي لها ولاية بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية وإنفاذه في دولة متعاقدة أخرى وفقا لقانون تلك الدولة المتعاقدة عندما تكون كلتا الدولتين قد أصدرتا إعلانا وفقا للمادة ٧6.

المادة ١٠-٢: ﻷي دولة طرف تصــدر إعلانا وفقا للفقرة ١ من هــذه المادة أن تسحب هذا اﻹعلان في أي وقــت بواسطة إشعار توجهه إلى اﻷمين العام.

3 - يجوز لأي دولة طرف تصدر إعلانا وفقا للفقرة 2 من هذه المادة أن تسحب في أي وقت إعلانها بإخطار توجهه إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

4. Any claim, pursuant to the provisions of this Convention, for compensation in respect of damage caused to an organization which has made a declaration in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article shall be presented by a State member of the organization which is a State Party to this Convention.
4- يجرى تقديم كل مطالبة بالتعويض، بناء على أحكام هذه الاتفاقية، عن أضرار تكبدتها منظمة أصدرت إعلانا وفقا للفقرة 1 من هذه المادة بواسطة دولة تكون عضوا في المنظمة وطرفا في هذه الاتفاقية.
