In reaffirming the right to development, the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action stipulates:
وفي معرض إعادة تأكيد الحق في التنمية، نص إعلان وبرنامج عمل فيينا على ما يلي:

13. The fundamental value of solidarity is explicitly expressed in the preamble to the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action:

In that regard, the Vienna Declaration and Programme of Action has proven a useful instrument and should continue to provide the framework for more robust concerted action among actors at the local, national, regional and international levels.
