وفقاً لطلب اللجنة المؤرخ 7 حزيران/يونيه 2005 بشأن تدابير المتابعة المتخذة، أبلغت الدولة الطرف اللجنة أن صاحب الشكوى سيسمح لـه بالعودة إلى الأراضي الفرنسية إذا رغب بذلك وستمنحه تصريح إقامة خاصة بموجب المادة لام 523-3 من القانون الناظم لدخول وإقامة الأجانب.

(d) The fact that Belgium grants specific residence permits only to those victims of human trafficking who cooperate with the judicial authorities (arts. 2 and 16).
(د) لأن بلجيكا لا تمنح تراخيص إقامة خاصة إلاَّ لضحايا الاتجار بالبشر الذين يتعاونون مع السلطات القضائية (المادتان 2 و16).

It also stipulates that it is not permissible to deport a foreign national who is legally residing in the country in a private capacity except under the terms of a decree of the Minister of the Interior and where the foreign national's presence poses a threat to the country's internal security or to public health, morals or peace.
كما ينص على عدم جواز إبعاد الأجنبي الممنوح لـه إقامة خاصة إلا بقرار من وزير الداخلية ولأسباب تهدد الأمن القومي للبلاد أو الصحة العامة أو الآداب العامة أو السكينة العامة ويكون ذلك بعد عرض الأمر على اللجنة المختصة بفحص حالات الإبعاد.

He was transferred to a special housing unit where he remained for about 19 months, following which he was returned to the general prison population in November 1998.
ونُقل إلى وحدة إقامة خاصة في السجن قضى فيها 19 شهراً ثم أعيد إلى الإقامة مع عامة نزلاء السجن في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1998.

Alternative measures may include registration requirements; reporting or monitoring conditions; the deposit of a financial guarantee; or an obligation to stay at a designated address, an open centre or other special accommodation.
وقد تشمل التدابير البديلة متطلبات التسجيل؛ والإبلاغ عن الأوضاع أو مراقبتها؛ وإيداع ضمان مالي؛ أو واجب البقاء في عنوان معين أو مركز مفتوح أو إقامة خاصة أخرى.

It welcomes the steps taken by the State party to have special accommodation for abused children so that they can be rehabilitated (art. 24).
وترحب بالخطوات التي اتخذتها الدولة الطرف من أجل تقديم أماكن إقامة خاصة للأطفال الذين تعرضوا لسوء المعاملة لكي يعاد تأهيلهم (المادة 24).
