33. In section VI of its resolution 45/248 B, the General Assembly reaffirmed that the Fifth Committee was the appropriate Main Committee entrusted with responsibilities for administrative and budgetary matters, reaffirmed the role of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, and expressed concern at the tendency of its substantive Committees to involve themselves in administrative and budgetary matters.
33 - وأضاف أن الجمعية العامة أعادت التأكيد في الفرع السادس من قرارها 45/248 باء بأن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت من جديد دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية، وأعربت عن قلقها إزاء ما تنحو إليه لجانها الفنية من إقحام نفسها في المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية.

In this context, we would like to remind our colleagues that in its first report (A/58/250), the General Committee drew the attention of the General Assembly to its resolution 45/248 B of 21 December 1990, in which it expressed concern for the tendency of its substantive committees and other intergovernmental bodies to involve themselves in administrative and budgetary matters.
وفي هذا السياق، نود أن نذكر زملاءنا بأن مكتب الجمعية العامة استرعى نظر الجمعية في تقريره الأول (A/58/250)، إلى قرارها 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، وتعرب فيه عن قلقها إزاء ما تنحو إليه لجانها الكبرى و غيرها من الهيئات الحكومية الدولية الأخرى من إقحام نفسها في المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية.
