Peruvian legislation permits the transfer of a person sentenced to deprivation of liberty to the territory of another State Party for the purposes of identification, testimony or any other form of assistance.

3. Each State party shall ensure that only those PMSCs and their personnel possessing licences and authorizations on exporting military and/or security services issued by the competent bodies of the State party can enter into agreements for providing such services in the territory of the other State party.
3- تكفل كل دولة طرف ألا تُبرم اتفاقات لتصدير الخدمات العسكرية و/أو الأمنية إلا مع الشركات العسكرية والأمنية الخاصة ومع موظفيها الحائزين على رخص وتصاريح بتصدير هذه الخدمات صادرة عن الهيئات المختصة في الدولة الطرف بشأن توفير هذه الخدمات في إقليم دولة طرف أخرى.

54. Paragraph 5 of article 26 of the Convention provides States parties with the option of entering into agreements whereby measures to encourage cooperation of accused persons with law enforcement authorities would be provided by a State party to an accused person located on the territory of another State Party.
54- تتيح الفقرة 5 من المادة 26 للأطراف خيار إبرام اتفاقات تقضي بأن توفّر إحدى الدول الأطراف لمتّهم موجود في إقليم دولة طرف أخرى تدابير لتشجيعه على التعاون مع أجهزة إنفاذ القانون.

Paragraph 5 of article 26 of the Convention provides States parties with the option of entering into agreements whereby measures to encourage cooperation of accused persons with law enforcement authorities would be provided by a State party to an accused person located on the territory of another State Party.
47- تتيح الفقرة 5 من المادة 26 من الاتفاقية للأطراف خيار إبرام اتفاقات تقضي بأن توفّر إحدى الدول الأطراف لمتّهم موجود في إقليم دولة طرف أخرى تدابير لتشجيعه على التعاون مع أجهزة إنفاذ القانون.

57- تحدّد المادة 13 من اتفاقية مكافحة الجريمة المنظّمة إطارا للتعاون الدولي من أجل مصادرة عائدات الجرائم أو الممتلكات أو المعدات أو الأدوات الأخرى المتحصل عليها من ارتكاب جريمة مشمولة بالاتفاقية أو المستخدمة في ارتكابها، عندما تكون تلك الأصول موجودة في إقليم دولة طرف أخرى.

55. The members of the inspection team carrying out an inspection of a facility of a State Party located on the territory of another State Party shall be designated in accordance with the procedures set forth above as applied both to the inspected State Party and the host State Party.
٥٥- يجب أن تكون تسمية أعضاء فريق التفتيش الذي يجري تفتيشا على مرفق ﻹحدى الدول اﻷطراف يقع على إقليم دولة طرف أخرى وفقا لﻹجراءات المبينة أعلاه حسبما تنطبق على كل من الدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش والدولة الطرف المضيفة.
