7. Urges the Government of Myanmar to ensure full respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms, including freedom of expression and assembly, and the protection of the rights of persons belonging to ethnic and religious minorities and to put an end to violations of the right to life and integrity of the human being, to the practices of torture, abuse of women, forced labour and to enforced disappearances and summary executions;
٧ - تحث حكومة ميانمار على أن تكفل الاحترام الكامل لحقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية، بما في ذلك حرية التعبير والاجتماع، وحماية حقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات إثنية ودينية وأن تضع نهاية لانتهاكات الحق في الحياة وكرامة اﻹنسان، ولممارسات التعذيب، وإساءة معاملة النساء، وأعمال السخرة، وحالات الاختفاء القسري، والاعدامات باجراءات موجزة؛

7. 56. The Special Rapporteur wishes to recall that, in its resolution 2002/67, the Commission on Human Rights deplored, inter alia, the restrictions on the exercise of freedom of religion, such as the restriction on the building of new mosques and churches and forced conversions, notably of Muslims in Rakhine State and Christians in Chin State, and the discrimination against children belonging to ethnic and religious minorities.
56- ويود المقرر الخاص أن يذكر أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان قد أعربت بموجب القرار 202/67 عن أسفها بالخصوص للقيود المفروضة على ممارسة حرية الدين مثل القيود المفروضة على بناء المساجد والكنائس، وإجبار الناس، وخاصة المسلمين في ولاية راخين والمسيحيين في ولاية جين، على تغيير دينهم، والتمييز ضد الأطفال الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات إثنية ودينية.
