2 - ودعا الاجتماع الأول لمؤتمر أطراف في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/14 جميع الحكومات الأطراف منها وغير الأطراف، والمنظمات ذات الصلة إلى أن تقدم للأمانة وجهات نظرها واقتراحاتها بشأن الآليات المؤسسية المعنية بعدم الامتثال بموجب المادة 17.

The SBI, at its twenty-sixth session, also invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 21 September 2007, their views on their current experiences with the GEF and its implementing agencies in relation to the provision of financial support for the preparation of national communications.
كذلك دعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها السادسة والعشرين() الأطراف إلى أن تقدم للأمانة بحلول 21 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، آراءها بشأن الخبرات الحالية مع مرفق البيئة العالمية ووكالات للتنفيذ فيما يتعلق بتقديم الدعم المالي لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية.

By that decision, the Conference of the Parties had invited parties to submit to the secretariat information on their experience in implementing the recommendations of the Committee set out in the annex to decision POPRC-6/2 on the elimination from the waste stream of brominated diphenyl ethers listed in Annex A to the Convention and on risk reduction for PFOS and its salts and PFOSF.

Invites Parties and other Governments, on the basis of the abovementioned terms of reference, to submit to the secretariat by 31 October 2006 views on the further elaboration of the terms of reference for work on assessment of funding needs for Parties that are developing countries or Parties with economies in transition to implement the provisions of the Convention over the period 2006 - 2010;

The COP, by its decision 3/CP.12, also invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, by 17 August 2007, their views and recommendations on the funding available to them in the climate change focal area, for compilation by the secretariat for consideration and appropriate action by the COP at its thirteenth session and for transmission through the secretariat to the GEF Council.
35- كذلك دعا مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 3/م أ-12 الأطراف إلى أن تقدم للأمانة بحلول 17 آب/أغسطس 2007 آراءها وتوصياتها بشأن التمويل المتاح للمرفق المجال المحوري، تغير المناخ، كي تجمعها الأمانة لينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف ويتخذ الإجراء المناسب في دورته الثالثة عشرة، وتُحول عن طريق الأمانة إلى مجلس مرفق البيئة العالمية.
