٩٥ - وينبغي أن يسعى المجتمع الدولي إلى أن يكفل إيلاء المؤسسات الدولية، بما فيها المؤسسات المالية، الاهتمام المناسب لاحتياجات وأولويات الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية المحددة في برنامج العمل.
