The Director of DHRM may decide to issue a reprimand instead of a disciplinary measure; to negotiate an agreed disciplinary measure with the staff member concerned; or to refer the case to the Joint Disciplinary Committee for advice as to the appropriate measure to be taken.
ويجوز لمدير شعبة إدارة الموارد البشرية أن يقرر أيضاً توجيه لوم إلى الموظف عوضاً عن اتخاذ إجراء تأديبي؛ أو أن يتفاوض مع الموظف المعني بشأن إجراءٍ تأديبيٍ متفقٍ عليه؛ أو أن يحيل القضية إلى اللجنة التأديبية المشتركة لاستشارتها التماساً لمشورتها بشأن الإجراء التأديبي الملائم.
