The report is to be submitted to the Legal Subcommittee of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space at its forty-second session, in 2003.

2011 Working Group finalizes its report to the Legal Subcommittee

The Subcommittee further agreed that, until a firm scientific and technical consensus had been reached, it would be inappropriate to pass on the topic to the Legal Subcommittee.
كما اتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أنه لن يكون من المناسب إحالة الموضوع إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية إلى حين التوصل إلى صيغة توافق في الآراء على أساس علمي وتقني راسخ.

It also agreed that, until a firm scientific and technical consensus had been reached on their revision, it would be inappropriate to pass on the topic to the Legal Subcommittee.
واتفقت أيضا على أنه لن يكون من المناسب احالة هذا الموضوع إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية ما لم يتم التوصل إلى توافق ثابت في الآراء من الناحيتين العلمية والتقنية بشأن تنقيح المبادئ.

For that purpose, the Working Group agreed to invite its Chairman, as well as volunteer experts nominated by member States of the Committee, to present to the Legal Subcommittee at its forty-sixth session, in 2007, proposals concerning possible ways forward.

Other matters addressed: space debris continues under the permanent review of the Space Law Committee, and the report will address the latest developments on the basis of the information on domestic measures for space debris mitigation provided to the Legal Subcommittee by member States.

As anticipated in the ILA presentation to the Legal Subcommittee in 2012, the present ILA report addresses the results and conclusions of the work of the Space Law Committee in accordance with its mandate.
يتناول تقرير رابطة القانون الدولي هذا، كما توقَّعت الرابطة في العرض الذي قدَّمته إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في عام 2012، نتائج واستنتاجات الأعمال التي قامت بها لجنة قانون الفضاء وفقا للولاية المنوطة بها.

وأمَّا الجزء الثاني، الذي يتضمَّن مبادئ صوفيا التوجيهية بشأن وضع قانون نموذجي للتشريعات الوطنية في مجال الفضاء، فسوف يُقدَّم، مشفوعا بملحوظات إيضاحية من المقرِّر العام، إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في ورقة غرفة اجتماعات.

129. The Committee noted that a working paper entitled " Open-ended informal consultations on new agenda items: review of the status of the five international legal instruments governing outer space " (A/AC.105/C.2/L.206/Rev.1) had been submitted by Mexico to the Legal Subcommittee at its thirty-sixth session.
٩٢١ - ولاحظت اللجنة أن المكسيك قدمت إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين ورقة عمل معنونة " المشاورات غير الرسمية المفتوحة بشأن البنود الجديدة من جدول اﻷعمال: استعراض حالة الصكوك القانونية الدولية الخمسة الناظمة للفضاء الخارجي " (A/AC.105/C.2/L.206/Rev.1).

The view was expressed that moving the issue of space debris to the Legal Subcommittee in order to address particular legal questions or to initiate development of principles concerning space debris was not desirable at the present time.
121- كما جرى التعبير عن رأي مفاده أن نقل مسألة الحطام الفضائي إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية من أجل معالجة مسائل قانونية معينة أو المباشرة في وضع مبادئ بشأن الحطام الفضائي، أمر غير مستصوب في الوقت الحاضر.

111. Some delegations expressed the view that the Secretariat should be requested to conduct a preliminary examination of the possible legal, financial and other requirements for the operation of the Supervisory Authority under the Convention and the preliminary draft protocol, with a view to providing a report to the Legal Subcommittee at its forty-second session, in 2003.
111- وأعربت بعض الوفود عن رأي مفاده أنه ينبغي أن يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تجري دراسة مبدئية حول الاقتضاءات القانونية والمالية وغيرها المحتملة لتشغيل السلطة الإشرافية بموجب الاتفاقية والمشروع الأولي للبروتوكول بقصد تقديم تقرير إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها الثانية والأربعين في عام 2003.

In the course of the debate, observers for the following international organizations reported to the Legal Subcommittee on their activities relating to space law: ECSL, EUMETSAT, IAF, IISL, ILA and Intersputnik.
58- وفي سياق المناقشة، أبلغ المراقبون عن المنظمات الدولية التالية في تقاريرهم إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية عن أنشطة منظماتهم فيما يتعلق بقانون الفضاء: المركز الأوروبي لقانون الفضاء، ويومتسات، والإياف، والمعهد الدولي لقانون الفضاء، ورابطة القانون الدولي، وانترسبوتنيك.

In particular, Germany would like to reiterate that the respective issues should be studied first in the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee before being submitted to the Legal Subcommittee (ex facto sequitur lex).

His delegation welcomed the conference room paper containing a compendium of space debris mitigation standards adopted by States and international organizations, submitted to the Legal Subcommittee by Canada, Germany and the Czech Republic, and noted that it had been the first document to provide direct information from States concerning their regulations.
٥٦ - وأعرب عن ترحيب وفده بورقة غرفة الاجتماع التي تتضمن تجميعاً لمعايير تخفيف الحطام الفضائي التي اعتمدتها الدول والمنظمات الدولية والتي قدمتها إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية كندا وألمانيا والجمهورية التشيكية، ولاحظ أن التجميع يشكل أول وثيقة تقدم معلومات مباشرة من الدول عن أنظمتها.

The Committee requested the Secretariat to present to the Legal Subcommittee at its fiftieth session and the Committee at its fifty-fourth session, for their consideration, a detailed proposal to discontinue the use of unedited transcripts. The use of digital recordings should be assessed.
320- وطلبت اللجنة إلى الأمانة أن تقدم إلى اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها الخمسين واللجنة في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين اقتراحاً مفصلاً بشأن وقف استخدام المحاضر غير المنقّحة، لكي تنظرا فيه، على أن يُجرى تقييم لاستخدام التسجيلات الرقمية.
