17. In its resolution 21/13, the Human Rights Council decided to convene, at its twenty-second session, a panel discussion on the issue of the negative impact of corruption on the enjoyment of human rights, and requested OHCHR to prepare a summary report on the panel discussion, to be submitted to the Council at its twenty-third session.
