The multinational force in Haiti has succeeded in maintaining the environment necessary to facilitate the operation of the Government by the legitimately elected leaders while continuing infrastructure improvements to set the stage for the hand-over of operations to UNMIH.

٧ - يأذن كذلك لﻷمين العام، أن يقوم بالاشتراك مع قائد القوة المتعددة الجنسيات، باتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة لاضطلاع بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة في هايتي بهذه المسؤوليات في أقرب وقت ممكن، على أن يتم إنجاز النقل الكامل للمسؤولية من القوة المتعددة الجنسيات إلى بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة في هايتي بحلول ٣١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥؛

13. Further requests that the Secretary-General apprise the Council at an early date of the modalities of the transition from the MNF to UNMIH, and also submit to the Council no later than 15 April 1995 a progress report on the deployment of UNMIH;
