The Council has continued to express concern about restrictions on humanitarian access in several situations and has called on all parties to provide rapid and unimpeded access to all persons in need of assistance.
لقد واصل المجلس الإعراب عن القلق إزاء القيود التي تحول دون إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية في عدة حالات، ودعا جميع الأطراف إلى إتاحة إمكانية إيصال المساعدة الإنسانية بسرعة ودون عوائق إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين إلى المساعدة.

(i) To ensure timely, safe, full and unhindered access to all parts of Myanmar, including conflict and border areas, for the United Nations, international humanitarian organizations and their partners and to cooperate fully with those actors to ensure that humanitarian assistance is delivered to all persons in need throughout the country;
(ط) أن تكفل وصول الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنسانية الدولية وشركائها، في الوقت المناسب وبأمان ودون عائق، إلى جميع أنحاء ميانمار، بما فيها مناطق النزاع والحدود، وأن تتعاون تعاونا تاما مع تلك الجهات الفاعلة بغرض ضمان إيصال المساعدة الإنسانية إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين في جميع أنحاء البلد؛

(i) To ensure timely, safe, full and unhindered access to all parts of Myanmar, including conflict and border areas, for the United Nations, international humanitarian organizations and their partners and to cooperate fully with those actors to ensure that humanitarian assistance is delivered to all persons in need throughout the country;

وأهاب المجلس بالدول الأعضاء أن تجدد التزامها بحماية العاملين في المنظمات الإنسانية وبكفالة الوصول الآمن دون عوائق إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين تمشيا مع القانون الدولي والمبادئ الإنسانية.

9. Calls upon the Government of Myanmar to address urgently the dire humanitarian situation and to allow and facilitate rapid and unimpeded humanitarian access to all persons in need in all areas of Myanmar, while paying special attention to internally displaced persons;
9- يهيب بحكومة ميانمار أن تعالج على وجه الاستعجال الحالة الإنسانية المتردية، وأن تسمح بوصول المساعدة الإنسانية إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين إليها في جميع مناطق ميانمار، بسرعة وبدون عراقيل وأن تسهل ذلك، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للأشخاص المشردين داخلياً؛

The Human Rights Council urged the Government to cooperate fully with humanitarian organizations, including by ensuring full, safe and unhindered access of humanitarian assistance to all persons in need throughout the country.
وحث مجلس حقوق الإنسان الحكومة على أن تتعاون تعاوناً تاماً مع المنظمات الإنسانية، بطرق تشمل وصول المساعدات الإنسانية بشكل كامل وبأمان ودون عائق إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين في كل أرجاء البلد(158).

22. 17. Reaffirms the obligation of all parties to implement fully the rules and principles of international humanitarian law, particularly those regarding the protection of humanitarian personnel, and furthermore requests all the parties involved to provide humanitarian personnel with immediate, free and unimpeded access to all persons in need of assistance, in accordance with applicable international law;
17 - يعيد تأكيد التزام جميع الأطراف بالتنفيذ التام لقواعد ومبادئ القانون الإنساني الدولي، لا سيما المتعلقة منها بحماية العاملين في مجال تقديم المساعدة الإنسانية، ويطلب كذلك إلى جميع الأطراف المعنية تيسير وصول أولئك العاملين فورا وبكل حرية ودونما عائق إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين إلى مساعدة، وفقا للقانون الدولي الساري؛

22. Reaffirms the obligation of all parties to implement fully the rules and principles of international humanitarian law, particularly those regarding the protection of humanitarian personnel, and furthermore requests all the parties involved to provide humanitarian personnel with immediate, free and unimpeded access to all persons in need of assistance, in accordance with applicable international law;
22 - يؤكد من جديد أن من واجب جميع الأطراف أن تنفذ قواعد ومبادئ القانون الإنساني الدولي تنفيذا تاما، لا سيما المتعلقة منها بحماية العاملين في مجال المساعدة الإنسانية، ويطلب كذلك إلى جميع الأطراف المعنية تيسير وصول أولئك العاملين فورا وبكل حرية ودونما عائق إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين إلى مساعدة، وفقا للقانون الدولي الساري؛

4. Emphasizes the need for all parties to facilitate humanitarian access for the United Nations and humanitarian organizations for all persons in need of assistance, and for humanitarian organizations to continue to deliver appropriate humanitarian assistance to refugees and internally displaced persons and to respond to the challenges associated with the humanitarian crisis in the Central African Republic;
4- يشدد على ضرورة أن تيسر جميع الأطراف الوصول الإنساني لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الإنسانية إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين إلى المساعدة، وأن تواصل المنظمات الإنسانية تقديم المساعدات الإنسانية المناسبة للاجئين والمشردين داخلياً والتصدي للتحديات المرتبطة بالأزمة الإنسانية في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى؛

22. There has been no improvement in achieving sustained humanitarian access to all people in need within the Syrian Arab Republic, in particular those in hard-to-reach areas.
22 - ولم يحدث أي تحسُّن في تحقيق إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية بشكل مستمر إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين داخل الجمهورية العربية السورية، ولا سيما في المناطق التي يصعب الوصول إليها.

From 30 to 31 August, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees visited settlements of internally displaced persons in Dolo and Mogadishu, where he called on all parties to cease violence, respect humanitarian law and allow unfettered access to all people in need.
وقد زار مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لشؤون اللاجئين مستوطنات المشردين داخليا في دولو ومقديشو يومي 30 و 31 آب/أغسطس، حيث دعا جميع الأطراف إلى وقف أعمال العنف، واحترام القانون الإنساني والسماح بوصول المساعدات إلى جميع الأشخاص المحتاجين دون أي عائق.
