The Commission also noted that, at its thirty-eighth session, the Working Group had considered, on the basis of the note by the Secretariat (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.119, paras. 75-81), a possible draft provision expressing the power of the court to order interim measures of protection in support of arbitration, irrespective of the country where the arbitration took place.
