ونتوقع في هذه الدورة أن تصدر الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بيانا مشتركا بتقديم ضمانات أمنية إلى منغوليا فيما يتصل بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، الأمر الذي سيمثل خطوة هامة على الطريق الذي يؤدي إلى إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي على ذلك المركز على الصعيد الدولي.

To follow up on the recommendations of the report, UNDP is providing assistance to Mongolia in developing a long-term national development strategy based on the Millennium Development Goals as well as addressing the country's economic and ecological vulnerabilities.
