Article 20. Change of the applicable law to this Law
المادة 20- تغيُّر القانون المنطبق إلى هذا القانون

Legal practice in Myanmar today generally refers to this Law, which recognizes some private ownership of agricultural land, although it restricts land sales or transfers.
وعموماً، تستند الممارسة القانونية في ميانمار حالياً إلى هذا القانون الذي يعترف ببعض الملكية الخاصة للأراضي الزراعية بالرغم من تقييده لبيع الأراضي أو تحويل ملكيتها.

`7` إحالات مرجعية إلى هذا القانون وإلى لوائح الاشتراء التنظيمية وسائر القوانين واللوائح التنظيمية التي لها صلة مباشرة بإجراءات الاشتراء، بما فيها تلك التي تسري على الاشتراء المنطوي على معلومات سرية، والموضِع الذي يمكن فيه الاطلاع على تلك القوانين واللوائح التنظيمية؛

101. Article 128/b with the title " Trafficking of minors " is added to this Law.
101- وتضاف إلى هذا القانون المادة 128/ب وعنوانها " الاتجار بالقصَّر " .

It follows that punishment of WSR violations in the Netherlands takes place by the reference to the Regulation in the Environmental Management Act and by the reference to this Act in the Economic Offences Act.
124- ويترتب على ذلك أن عقاب انتهاكات لائحة شحن النفايات في هولندا يحدث بالإحالة الواردة في قانون الإدارة البيئية إلى اللائحة وبالإحالة إلى هذا القانون في قانون الجرائم الاقتصادية.

Various provisions in the Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, the Judiciary Act, the Act on the Dignity and Integral Advancement of Women, the Social Development Act, the Civil Code, the Code of Civil Procedure, and the Commercial Code shall apply in a manner subsidiary to this Law.
وتُطبق بالإضافة إلى هذا القانون عدة أحكام منصوص عليها في القانون الجنائي وقانون الإجراءات الجنائية وقانون الجهاز القضائي وقانون صون كرامة المرأة والنهوض الشامل بها وقانون التنمية الاجتماعية والقانون المدني وقانون الإجراءات المدنية والقانون التجاري.

(د) إحالاتٍ مرجعيةً إلى هذا القانون ولوائح الاشتراء وسائر القوانين واللوائح التي لها صلة مباشرة بإجراءات التأهيل الأولي، وإلى الموضِع الذي يمكن فيه العثورُ على هذه القوانين واللوائح؛

The report submitted by the Kingdom in November 2010 made reference to certain rulings issued pursuant to this Law concerning a wife's right to file for divorce in the event of the husband's abandonment, holding this to be an injury that gives her the right to file for divorce. (Annex 8 contains the text of Law No. 19 (2009), on family provisions.)
وقد أشار التقرير التحريري الذي قدمته المملكة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010 إلى بعض الأحكام الصادرة استنادا إلى هذا القانون فيما يتعلق بحق الزوجة في طلب التطليق وحالة هجر الزوج لزوجته باعتباره ضررا يحق لها به طلب التطليق. (يتضمن المرفق (8) نص قانون رقم (19) لسنة 2009 بشأن أحكام الأسرة)
