لقد أطلعنا على رسالة مؤرخة 20 نيسان/أبريل 2000 وموجهة إليكم من الممثل الدائم لقطر يحيل بها بياناً قدم في الاجتماع الذي عقده فريق الاتصال المعني بجامو وكشمير والتابع لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي في 13 نيسان/أبريل، كما يحيل المذكرة المقدمة إلى هذا الفريق الذي يسمي نفسه " الممثلون الحقيقيون للشعب الكشميري " .
