Tahsin Ertuğruloğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Defence of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

The letter in question merely repeats the unfounded allegations contained in an earlier letter addressed to you by the Greek Cypriot representative at the United Nations (A/51/962-S/1997/645) of 14 August 1997).
إن تلك الرسالة لم يرد فيها إلا تكرار للادعاءات التي لا أساس لها من الصحة الواردة في رسالة سابقة موجهة إليكم من ممثل القبارصة اليونانيين لدى اﻷمم المتحدة )A/51/962-S/1997/645، المؤرخة ١٤ آب/ أغسطس ١٩٩٧(.

Upon instructions from my Government, I am writing in response to the letter dated 20 February 2014 addressed to you by the Greek Cypriot representative in New York and circulated as a document of the General Assembly and the Security Council (A/68/765-S/2014/119), which yet again contains false assertions similar to those made in his previous letters.
