ولاحظت اللجنة مع التقدير أن الجمعية العامة أقرت في قرارها 65/26 إنشاء الأمين العام صندوقاً استئمانياً لتلقي التبرعات لمعالجة الأعمال المتراكمة المتعلقة بحولية لجنة القانون الدولي ودعت إلى تقديم تبرعات لتحقيق هذه الغاية.
