The establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers in Cambodia is welcomed, and efforts to end the impunity of those who have committed grave human rights violations are encouraged.
أما إنشاء الدوائر الاستثنائية في كمبوديا فيلقى الترحيب وتجد التشجيعَ الجهود التي بُذلت من أجل معاقبة جميع من ارتكبوا انتهاكات خطيرة لحقوق الإنسان.

It presents options for financing the assistance that the United Nations would provide under the draft agreement and concludes that assessed contributions are the only mechanism that would be viable and sustainable and that would ensure the early establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers and the prompt commencement of their operations.
ويعرض خيارات لتمويل المساعدة التي ستقدمها الأمم المتحدة بموجب مشروع الاتفاق ويخلص إلى أن الاشتراكات المقررة هي الآلية الوحيدة الصالحة والقابلة للاستمرار لضمان إنشاء الدوائر الاستثنائية في وقت مبكر وبدء عملياتها بسرعة.

It concludes that assessed contributions represent the only such mechanism that would be viable and sustainable and that would ensure the early establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers and the prompt commencement of their operations.

2. The General Assembly also requested that I submit to it, no later than 90 days from the adoption of the resolution, a report on the implementation of the resolution, in particular on my consultations and negotiations with the Government of Cambodia concerning the establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers.
2 - كما طلبت إليّ الجمعية العامة أن أقدم إليها، في موعد لا يتجاوز 90 يوما من تاريخ اتخاذ القرار، تقريرا بشأن تنفيذ ذلك القرار، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بمشاوراتي ومفاوضاتي مع حكومة كمبوديا حول إنشاء الدوائر الاستثنائية.

Requests the SecretaryGeneral to resume negotiations, without delay, to conclude an agreement with the Government of Cambodia, based on previous negotiations on the establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers consistent with the provisions of the present resolution, so that the Extraordinary Chambers may begin to function promptly;
1 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام استئناف المفاوضات بدون تأخير لإبرام اتفاق مع حكومة كمبوديا، يستند إلى المفاوضات السابقة، بشأن إنشاء الدوائر الاستثنائية بما يتماشى مع أحكام هذا القرار، لكي تتمكن الدوائر الاستثنائية من مباشرة عملها فورا؛

10. As I noted in paragraph 12 of my report of 12 October 2004 (A/59/432), the establishment of the Extraordinary Chambers has generated considerable interest from non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and civil society groups.

51. The purpose of any agreement between the United Nations and Cambodia would be to set out an undertaking by the United Nations to help Cambodia establish the Extraordinary Chambers and support their sustained operation.
