His delegation fully supported draft article 14 as provisionally adopted by the Drafting Committee and considered that draft article 15 on the Termination of external assistance was fully in accordance with the fundamental premise of the topic, namely the duty of cooperation between all parties concerned.
128- وأعرب عن تأييد وفده الكامل لمشروع المادة 14 الذي اعتمدته لجنة الصياغة بصفة مؤقتة، ويرى أن مشروع المادة 15 عن إنهاء المساعدة الخارجية متفق تماما مع الفرضية الأساسية للموضوع وهي واجب التعاون بين جميع الأطراف المعنية.

113. Draft article 15 (Termination of external assistance) established the right of any of the States concerned to terminate assistance, upon consultation with the other States or actors involved.
