Entry into force 1. The Protocol shall enter into force 30 days after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession.
١ - يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول عقب مرور ٣٠ يوما على تاريخ إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الموافقة أو القبول أو الانضمام.

The Agreement is subject to ratification or accession and will enter into force 30 days after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession.

4. Entry into force: The present Convention shall enter in force on the twentieth day following the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval.
4 - تاريخ بدء النفاذ: تدخل هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ في اليوم العشرين بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار.

2. For each State which ratifies this Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - فيما يتعلق بكل دولـة تصدق على هذا الاتفـاق أو تنضـم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2. For each State which ratifies the Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - فيما يتعلق بكل دولـة تصدق على الاتفـاق أو تنضـم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

For each Party to the Kyoto Protocol which ratifies, approves or accepts this Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession. 2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة إلى كل طرف في بروتوكول كيوتو يصدِّق على هذا الاتفاق أو يوافق عليه أو يقبله أو ينضم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الموافقة أو القبول أو الانضمام، في اليوم الثلاثين بعد إيداع صك تصديقه أو موافقته أو قبوله أو انضمامه.

It entered into force on 31 March 2003, 30 days after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession, in accordance with article 18 of the Protocol.

For each member of the Authority which ratifies, approves or accepts this Protocol or accedes thereto after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession, this Protocol shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification, approval, acceptance or accession.
٢ - وبالنسبة إلى كل عضو في السلطة يصدق على هذا البروتوكول أو يوافق عليه أو يقبله أو ينضم إليه بعد إيداع الصك العاشر من صكوك التصديق أو الموافقة أو القبول أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع صك تصديقه أو موافقته أو قبوله أو انضمامه.
