" 4. For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited after the entry into force of the Convention, it shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
" ٤ - بالنسبة للدول التي تودع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية من تاريخ إيداع صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام.

4. For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited after the entry into force of the Convention, it shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
٤ - بالنسبة للدول التي تودع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية من تاريخ إيداع صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام.

5. Any amendment to article 5 of this Statute shall enter into force for those States Parties which have accepted the amendment one year after the deposit of their instruments of ratification or acceptance.
5 - يصبح أي تعديل على المادة 5 من هذا النظام الأساسي نافذا بالنسبة إلى الدول الأطراف التي تقبل التعديل، وذلك بعد سنة واحدة من إيداع صكوك التصديق أو القبول الخاصة بها.

4. For States whose instruments of ratification or accession are deposited after the entry into force of the Convention, it shall enter into force on the date of the deposit of their instruments of ratification or accession.
٤ - بالنسبة للدول التي تودع صكوك تصديقها أو انضمامها بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية، يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية من تاريخ إيداع صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام الخاصة بها.

Any reservations must be made at the time of deposit of the instruments of ratification or accession of the present Treaty.
