At any time after the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance or approval of this Convention or of accession thereto, a State may notify the Depositary of its consent to be bound by any annexed Protocol by which it is not already bound.
ويجوز لأية دولة في أي وقت بعد إيداع صك تصديقها على هذه الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو انضمامها إليها، أن تُشعر الوديع بموافقتها على الالتزام بأي بروتوكول ملحق بها لم تلتزم به من قبل.

This [Protocol] [Agreement] shall enter into force for each State party on the date of deposit of its instrument of ratification.
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا [البروتوكول] [الاتفاق] بالنسبة إلى كل دولة من الدول الأطراف اعتباراً من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها عليه.

2. For each State ratifying or acceding to the present Protocol, after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, the protocol shall enter into force three months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد إيداع صك التصديق أو الانضمام العاشر، وذلك بعد مضي ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

2. For each State ratifying or acceding to the present Protocol, the Protocol shall enter into force three months after the date of the deposit of its own instrument of ratification or accession.
2- يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق عليه أو تنضم إليه، بعد ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها عليه أو انضمامها إليه.

When such legislation is required, the United States' practice with respect to certain treaties has been to enact the necessary legislation before depositing its instrument of ratification.
وعندما يتطلب الأمر تشريعاً من هذا النوع، فإن ممارسة الولايات المتحدة تجاه معاهدات معينة تمثلت في سن التشريع اللازم من قبل إيداع صك تصديقها عليها.

The Federal Republic of Germany states the following regarding the declarations made by Algeria upon deposit of its instrument of ratification to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights of 16 December 1966 and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of 16 December 1966:

2. For each State ratifying or acceding to the present Protocol after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, the Protocol shall enter into force three months after the date of the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
2 - يبدأ نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لكل دولة تصدق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد إيداع صك التصديق أو الانضمام العاشر، وذلك بعد مضي ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ إيداع صك تصديقها أو انضمامها.

" 2. Any State may declare at the time of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession that it will not apply this Convention to the matters specified in its declaration.
" 2- يجوز لأي دولة أن تعلن، وقت إيداع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو اقرارها أو انضمامها، أنها لن تطبق هذه الاتفاقية على المسائل التي تحددها في إعلانها.

" 4. Any State may declare in writing at the time of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession that it will not be bound by paragraph 4 of article 1 of this Convention.
" 4- يجوز لأي دولة أن تعلن كتابة، وقت إيداع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو إقرارها أو انضمامها، أنها لن تلتزم بالفقرة 4 من المادة 1 من هذه الاتفاقية.

2. On 1 August 2008, at the time of the deposit of its instrument of ratification, China communicated to the Depositary that the Convention would apply to the MSAR without making any reservation or declaration with respect to the MSAR.
2- في 1 آب/أغسطس 2008، قامت الصين لدى إيداع صك تصديقها بإبلاغ الوديع بأن الاتفاقية ستنطبق على منطقة ماكاو دون إبداء أي تحفظ أو الإدلاء بإعلان فيما يتعلق بهذه المنطقة.

8. Germany has also, with effect from 15 July 2010, withdrawn its reservations to the Convention on the Rights of the Child which it had submitted when depositing its instrument of ratification.
8- وسحبت ألمانيا أيضاً، بمفعول يبدأ في 15 تموز/يوليه 2010، تحفظاتها على اتفاقية حقوق الطفل التي كانت قدمتها عند إيداع صك تصديقها.
