In conclusion, Kenya considered that the scope of the draft instrument should be extended to cover persons deployed by any United Nations organization in the course of a peace-keeping operation, and also personnel of any humanitarian organization or agency acting in the context of a United Nations operation pursuant to an agreement with the Secretary-General.
وقال في ختام كلمته إن كينيا ترى ضرورة توسيع نطاق مشروع الصك ليشمل اﻷشخاص الذين تقوم بوزعهم أي منظمة أخرى تابعة لﻷمم المتحدة أثناء عملية حفظ السلم، وكذلك الموظفين التابعين ﻷي منظمة أو وكالة انسانية تعمل في اطار عملية من عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة، بموجب اتفاق مع اﻷمين العام.

151. The scope of the Convention needs to be extended to cover other categories of personnel, that is, relief personnel working in operations outside a peacekeeping context, or personnel of non-governmental organizations working in the field without an agreement with the Secretary-General or specialized agencies.
