3. Exceptions to the requirement of " prior recourse to dispute settlement procedures "
٣ - الاستثنـاءات مــن شرط " اللجــوء المسبـق إلــى اجراءات تسوية المنازعات

(i) Where the States Parties concerned are parties to such agreements, they shall have recourse to the dispute settlement procedures of those agreements;
`١ ' إذا كانت الدول اﻷطراف المعنية أطرافا في تلك الاتفاقات، يجب أن تلجأ الى اجراءات تسوية المنازعات المنصوص عليها في تلك الاتفاقات؛

(ii) Where one or more of the States Parties concerned are not parties to such agreements, they shall have recourse to the dispute settlement procedures set out in the Convention;
`٢` اذا لم تكن واحدة أو اكثر من الدول اﻷطراف المعنية أطرافا في تلك الاتفاقات، يجب أن تلجأ الى اجراءات تسوية المنازعات المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية؛
