12- وتتناول الفقرة 5 الحالات التي ترسل فيها عدة اشعارات بشأن احالة واحدة لاحقة أو عدة احالات لاحقة.

Article 11 applies to assignments of receivables owed by consumer debtors.
103- وتنطبق المادة 11 على احالات المستحقات التي يدين بها مدينون استهلاكيون.

Article 11 would also apply to assignments of receivables owed by sovereign debtors.
104- وتنطبق المادة 11 أيضا على احالات المستحقات التي يدين بها مدينون حكوميون.

The effectiveness of contractual limitations in assignments other than those mentioned in paragraph 3 is left to law outside the draft Convention.
كما ان مسألة نفاذ مفعول التقييدات التعاقدية الواردة في احالات غير الاحالات المذكورة في الفقرة 3 تركت للقانون المنطبق خارج نطاق مشروع الاتفاقية.

وقيل ان هذا النهج باشتراطه السداد للمحال اليه اﻷخير من شأنه أن ييسر تقديم ذلك المحال اليه للقرض ، وبذلك يعزز الممارسات التي تنطوي على احالات لاحقة .

A separate rule would apply in cases where only one notification was received but that notification disclosed on its face that it related to an assignment that was subsequent in a series of assignments.
وستنطبق قاعدة منفصلة في الحالات التي يتم فيها تلقي اشعار واحد فقط ولكن ذلك الاشعار يكشف النقاب عن أنه يتصل باحالة لاحقة في سلسلة احالات .
