١١ - وأعرب المشتركون عن أملهم في أن تكون اﻷطراف المتعاقدة السامية في موقف يمكنها من اتخاذ، بصورة فردية أو جماعية، التدابير التي ترى أنها مناسبة لكفالة احترام الاتفاقية.
