Trust funds and reserve and special accounts may be established by the General Assembly or the Secretary-General in respect of specific activities entrusted to the Organization.
يجوز للجمعية العامة أو الأمين العام إنشاء صناديق استئمانية وحسابات احتياطية وحسابات خاصة تتعلق بأنشطة محددة موكولة للمنظمة.

" The Assembly of States Parties may authorize the Registrar to establish trust funds, reserve and special accounts.
" يجوز لجمعية الدول الأطراف أن تأذن للمسجل بإنشاء صناديق استئمانية وحسابات احتياطية وحسابات خاصة.

Trust funds, reserve and special accounts may be established outside the programme budget appropriations in respect of specific activities entrusted to the Organization.
يجوز إنشاء صناديق استئمانية وحسابات احتياطية وحسابات خاصة مستقلة عن اعتمادات الميزانية البرنامجية وذلك فيما يتعلق بأنشطة محددة يعهد بها إلى المنظمة.

6.5 reserve and special accounts may be established by the Registrar, with the approval of the Tribunal, in accordance with these Regulations and shall be reported to the Meeting of States Parties.
6-5 للمسجل أن ينشئ بموافقة المحكمة حسابات احتياطية وحسابات خاصة وفقا لهذا النظام ويبلغ بها اجتماع الدول الأطراف.
