1. Recommends to the Economic and Social Council that Articles 3, 7, 9 and 10 of the terms of reference of the Economic Commission for Europe shall be amended and read as follows:
١ - توصي المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي بتعديل المواد ٣ و٧ و٩ و٠١ من اختصاصات اللجنة الاقتصادية ﻷوروبا على النحو التالي:

Bearing in mind paragraph 15 of the terms of reference of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as rules 1 and 2 of the rules of the procedure of the Commission,
إذ يضع في اعتباره الفقرة 15 من اختصاصات اللجنة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي والمادتين 1 و 2 من النظام الداخلي للجنة،

Bearing in mind paragraph 15 of the terms of reference of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as rules 1 and 2 of the rules of procedure of the Commission,
إذ يأخذ في اعتباره الفقرة 15 من اختصاصات اللجنة الاقتصادية لأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي والمادتين 1 و 2 من النظام الداخلي للجنة،
