23. (e) To recommend ways in which organizations of the United Nations system with special competence in disarmament or education or both can harmonize and coordinate their efforts in disarmament and non-proliferation education;
(هـ) التوصية بالسبل التي يمكن بها لمؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة التي لديها اختصاص خاص في مجال نزع السلاح أو التعليم أو في كليهما مواءمة وتنسيق جهودها المتصلة بالتثقيف في مجال نزع السلاح؛

81. On the other hand, pursuant to article 41, the United Nations shall take the necessary steps to ensure the implementation of this Declaration including " the creation of a body at the highest level with special competence in this field and with the direct participation of indigenous peoples.
