"اخصاص" - Translation from Arabic to English

This latter declared not to have any jurisdiction according to art. 5.1 (b) of EC Council Regulation No. 44/2001 on jurisdiction and recognition and the enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters [Regulation 44/2001 applies to actions, concerning " civil or commercial matter " , brought after 1 March 2002].
فأعلنت هذه الأخيرة عدم توافر أي اخصاص قضائي لديها بشأن هذه المسألة وفقا للمادة 5-1 (ب) من لائحة مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي رقم 2001/44 المتعلقة بالولاية القضائية والاعتراف بالأحكام في المسائل المدنية والتجارية وإنفاذها [اللائحة رقم 2001/44 تُطبّق على الدعاوى، بخصوص " المسائل المدنية أو التجارية " المرفوعة بعد 1 آذار/مارس 2002].
