" The Security Council reaffirms that terrorism in all its forms and manifestations constitutes one of the most serious threats to international peace and security, and that any acts of terrorism are criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, wherever, whenever and by whomsoever committed.
" ويؤكد مجلس الأمن من جديد أن الإرهاب يشكل، بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره، واحدا من أكثر التهديدات خطورة على السلم والأمن الدوليين، وأن أي عمل من أعمال الإرهاب هو عمل إجرامي ولا مبرر له، بغض النظر عن دوافعه و أينما ارتكب وأيا كان مرتكبوه.

We are determined to strengthen our national legislation; to increase international cooperation in order to prevent, eliminate, combat and punish all terrorist acts, wherever and by whomever committed; and not to offer aid or refuge to those who commit, advocate or participate in terrorist activities, in accordance with the relevant resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly and Security Council.
ونعرب عن عزمنا تعزيز تشريعاتنا الوطنية وتوثيق التعاون الدولي لمنع أي عمل إرهابي أينما ارتكب وأيا كان مرتكبوه وقمعه ومكافحته والمعاقبة عليه، وعدم تقديم المساعدة أو تأمين الملاذ لمرتكبي الأعمال الإرهابية أو المحرضين عليها أو الضالعين فيها، وذلك وفقا للقرارات ذات الصلة للجمعية العامة ومجلس الأمن التابعين للأمم المتحدة.

The Government of Slovenia unequivocally condemned terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, whatever its motives and origins, wherever and by whomever committed, confirmed its determination to participate in the fight against terrorism by legitimate and lawful means consistent with human rights and the rule of law, and supported the efforts for the further development of a comprehensive legal framework to combat terrorism.
وتدين حكومة سلوفينيا صراحة الإرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره بصرف النظر عن الدوافع عليه ومصدره وأينما ارتكب وأيا كان مرتكبوه وتؤكد تصميمها على المشاركة في الكفاح ضد الإرهاب بأساليب مشروعة ومتوافقة مع احترام حقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون وتعرب عن تأييدها للجهود المبذولة من أجل مواصلة تطوير إطار قانوني عام لمكافحة الإرهاب.
