The reason for accelerating our gains and reviving past practices is that, although our national response so far has been strong and success has been solid, we recognize that this epidemic is constantly evolving and that we need to redouble our efforts on prevention to reach new emerging groups of young people and women who are increasingly vulnerable to HIV infection.
