Ensure that education and information regarding the prohibition of torture are included in the training of civil or military law enforcement personnel, medical personnel, public officials and other officials who may be involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of any individual subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment;

The State party should reinforce training programmes addressed to law enforcement officials, civil, military and medical personnel, public officials and other persons who may be involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of individuals subjected to arrest, detention or imprisonment.

(n) Ensure that law enforcement, civil, military and medical personnel, public officials and other persons who may be involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of any individual deprived of his/her liberty are trained to recognize the physical consequences of torture and respect the absolute prohibition of torture;

(c) Implement a gender-sensitive approach for the training of those involved in the custody, interrogation or treatment of women subjected to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment; and
(ج) اتباع نهج يراعي الاعتبارات الجنسانية في تدريب الأشخاص الذين لهم دور في احتجاز أو استجواب أو معاملة النساء اللواتي يخضعن لأي شكل من أشكال التوقيف أو الاحتجاز أو السجن؛

It should also provide that training to medical personnel, public officials and other persons who may be involved in matters pertaining to the custody, questioning or treatment of persons subject to any form of arrest, detention or imprisonment.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تعزز البرامج التدريبية الموجهة إلى موظفي إنفاذ القوانين والموظفين المدنيين والعسكريين والطبيين والموظفين العموميين وغيرهم ممّن قد يشاركون في عمليات حبس أو استجواب أو معاملة أشخاص معرضين للاعتقال أو الاحتجاز أو السجن.
