11. It was not disputed that on the date the Applicant retired as a staff member from the Organization, he had not yet reached the normal retirement age and he became entitled to receive an early retirement benefit under article 29 of the UNJSPF Regulations.
11 - ولا جدال في أن مقدم الطلب لم يكن قد بلغ بعد سن التقاعد العادي عند تقاعده كموظف في المنظمة، وإنما صار يحق له أن يحصل على استحقاق التقاعد المبكر بموجب المادة 29 من النظام الأساسي للصندوق.

(a) An early retirement benefit shall be payable to a participant whose age on separation is at least 55 but less than the normal retirement age and whose contributory service was five years or longer.
(أ) يُدفَع استحقاق التقاعد المبكر لأي مشترك تبلغ سنه عند انتهاء خدمته 55 سنة على الأقل ولكنها تقل عن السن العادية للتقاعد، وتكون مدة خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي خمس سنوات أو أكثر.

(c) An early retirement benefit shall be payable to a participant whose age on separation is at least 58 but less than the normal retirement age and whose contributory service was five years or longer.
(ج) يُدفَع استحقاق التقاعد المبكر لأي مشترك تبلغ سنه عند انتهاء خدمته 58 سنة على الأقل ولكنها تقل عن السن العادية للتقاعد وتكون مدة خدمته المحسوبة في المعاش التقاعدي خمس سنوات أو أكثر.

Additionally, the Applicant's Instructions for payment of benefits dated 28 January 1997 informed UNJSPF of his election for " one-third lump sum ... and the balance as early retirement benefit.

(f) The approval of amendments to article 1 (definition of normal retirement age), article 19 (investment of the assets), article 29 (early retirement benefit) and article 30 (deferred retirement benefit), as contained in annex V.
(و) الموافقة على التعديلات التي أدخلت على المادة 1 (تعريف السن العادية للتقاعد)، والمادة 19 (استثمار الأصول)، والمادة 29 (استحقاق التقاعد المبكر)، والمادة 30 (استحقاق التقاعد المؤجل) على النحو الوارد في المرفق الخامس.

(g) Amendments to article 1 (definition of normal retirement age), article 19 (investment of the assets concerning creation of a full-time post at the level of Assistant Secretary-General for the Representative of the Secretary-General for the investment of the assets of the Fund), article 29 (early retirement benefit) and article 30 (deferred retirement benefit) as contained in annex V.
(ز) تعديلات المادة 1 (تعريف السن العادية للتقاعد)، والمادة 19 (استثمار الأصول، فيما يتعلق بإنشاء وظيفة برتبة أمين عام مساعد لممثل الأمين العام المعني بشؤون استثمار أصول الصندوق)، والمادة 29 (استحقاق التقاعد المبكر)، والمادة 30 (استحقاق التقاعد المؤجل)، على النحو الوارد في المرفق الخامس.

(b) The benefit shall be payable at the standard annual rate for a retirement benefit and shall commence at the normal retirement age, or, if the participant so elects, at any time age not less than 55 once the participant becomes eligible to receive an early retirement benefit from the Fund, provided that in such event it shall be reduced in the same manner and under the same conditions as specified in article 29 b.
(ب) يُدفع الاستحقاق بالمعدل السنوي القياسي لاستحقاق المعاش التقاعدي ويبدأ في السن العادية للتقاعد، أو في أي سن لا يقل عن 55 سنة، أو في أي وقت بمجرد أن يصبح المشترك مستحقاً لتلقي استحقاق التقاعد المبكر من الصندوق، حسب اختيار المشترك، على أن يُخفض في هذه الحالة بنفس الطريقة ونفس الشروط المحددة في المادة 29 (ب).
