673. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to continue reviewing its legislation with the aim of ensuring full compliance with the principles and provisions of the Convention.
673- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تعزز الدولة الطرف الجهود التي تبذلها لمواصلة استعراض تشريعاتها بهدف ضمان تطابقها الكامل مع مبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها.

72. Concerning the impossibility for Emirati women married to foreign nationals to pass their nationality to their children, the Special Rapporteur recommends that the Government consider reviewing its legislation in order to prevent that these children become stateless in some cases.
72- وفيما يتعلق باستحالة نقل المرأة الإماراتية المتزوجة من أجنبي لجنسيتها إلى أطفالها، يوصي المقرر الخاص بأن تنظر الحكومة في استعراض تشريعاتها من أجل الحيلولة دون أن يصبح هؤلاء الأطفال عديمي الجنسية في بعض الحالات.
