V. INSPECTIONS FOR continuity of safeguards

It is on the basis of this policy commitment that the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has been permitting inspections by IAEA for the continuity of safeguards.
وعلى أساس هذا الالتزام السياسي، سمحت جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية للوكالة بإجراء تفتيشات لكفالة استمرارية الضمانات.

These inspections do not result from the legal obligations under the Safeguards Agreement but are, exclusively, technical inspections permitted to provide the continuity of safeguards.

II. THE CONSISTENT EFFORTS BY THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF KOREA FOR THE continuity of safeguards
ثانيا - الجهود الدؤوبة المبذولة من جانب حكومة جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية من أجل استمرارية الضمانات

The inspection activities that befit the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's current unique status are only the inspection activities necessary for maintaining the continuity of safeguards.
وأنشطة التفتيش الوحيدة التي تناسب وضع جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية الفريد الراهن هي أنشطة التفتيش اللازمة للمحافظة على استمرارية الضمانات.

In view of our unique status, we are only obliged to provide the continuity of safeguards through the verification of the non-diversion of nuclear material, not the verification of the completeness and correctness of the initial inventory.
