وإذ تعرب عن قلقها إزاء استمرار إقامة نقاط تفتيش إسرائيلية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، وتحويل العديد من هذه النقاط إلى هياكل شبيهة بمعابر حدودية دائمة داخل الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، مما يعوق إلى حد كبير التلاصق الإقليمي للأرض الفلسطينية ويقوض بشدة الجهود الرامية إلى إنعاش الاقتصاد الفلسطيني وتنميته،
