31- وقررت الهيئة الفرعية مواصلة النظر في القضايا التي يشملها هذا البند من جدول الأعمال في دورتها التاسعة والعشرين استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في المرفق الثاني وفي الوثائق الأخرى المقدمة من الأطراف، بغية التوصية بمشروع مقرر لاعتماده من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الرابعة عشرة.

110. The SBI, at its thirty-sixth session, initiated its consideration of this matter and agreed to continue its consideration at its thirty-seventh session, on the basis of the draft text contained in document FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2.
110- وشرعت الهيئة الفرعية في النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين واتفقت على مواصلة النظر فيها في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين، استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في الوثيقة FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2().

1. Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to continue its consideration of the second comprehensive review of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries at its thirty-fourth session on the basis of the draft text contained in the annex to this decision, with a view to preparing a draft decision on the outcome of this review for adoption by the Conference of Parties at its seventeenth session;
1- يطلب إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل، في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين، النظر في الاستعراض الشامل الثاني لتنفيذ إطار بناء القدرات في البلدان النامية استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في مرفق هذا المقرر، بقصد إعداد مشروع مقرر بشأن محصّلة هذا الاستعراض يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة.

The COP, by its decision 10/CP.16, requested the SBI to continue its consideration of this issue at its thirty-fourth session on the basis of the draft text contained in the annex to that decision, with a view to recommending a draft decision for adoption by the COP at its seventeenth session.
82- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 10/م أ-16، إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في مرفق القرار المذكور، بهدف التوصية بمشروع مقرر ليعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة.

The Conference of the Parties may wish to consider for possible adoption the procedures and institutional mechanisms on non-compliance required under Article 17 of the Rotterdam Convention based on the draft text set out in the annex to the present note.
8 - قد يرغب مؤتمر الأطراف في أن ينظر في الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية المتعلقة بعدم الامتثال والمطلوبة بمقتضى المادة 17 من اتفاقية روتردام، استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في مرفق هذه المذكرة، لاحتمال اعتمادها.

At the same session, the SBI agreed to continue its consideration of this issue at its thirty-third session, on the basis of the text contained in annex IX to the report of the SBI on its thirty-second session, with a view to concluding these arrangements as soon as possible.

83- وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 11/م أ-6، إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها الرابعة والثلاثين، استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في مرفق المقرر المذكور، بهدف التوصية بمشروع مقرر ليعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته السابعة.

140. At the same meeting, the SBI agreed to continue consideration of this item at its thirty-fifth session, on the basis of the draft text contained in annex II, with a view to recommending a draft decision on this matter for adoption by the COP at its seventeenth session.
140- وفي الجلسة نفسها، وافقت الهيئة الفرعية على مواصلة النظر في هذا البند في دورتها الخامسة والثلاثين استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في المرفق الثاني، بهدف التوصية بمشروع مقرر بشأن هذه المسألة ليعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة.

143. At its 4th meeting, the SBI agreed to continue consideration of this item at its thirty-fifth session, on the basis of the draft text contained in annex III, with a view to recommending a draft decision on this matter for adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (CMP) at its seventh session.

47. The SBI decided to conclude its consideration of issues under this sub-item at its thirty-third session, on the basis of the draft text contained in annex II, with a view to recommending a draft decision for adoption by the COP at its sixteenth session.

95. The SBI, at its thirty-sixth session, initiated the review and agreed to continue to consider this matter at its thirty-seventh session, on the basis of the draft text contained in document FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2.
95- وشرعت الهيئة الفرعية في الاستعراض في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين واتفقت على مواصلة النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين، استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في الوثيقة FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2().

At its thirty-sixth session, it made further progress in setting out some of the features of the possible appeals body and agreed to continue its consideration of this matter at its thirty-seventh session on the basis of the draft text contained in document FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2.
وأحرزت الهيئة في دورتها السادسة والثلاثين مزيداً من التقدم في تحديد بعض سمات هيئة الطعن الممكنة واتفقت على مواصلة نظرها في هذه المسألة في دورتها السابعة والثلاثين استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في الوثيقة FCCC/SBI/2012/15/Add.2().

115. The Conference could base its work at the current meeting on the draft text set out in annex I to the note by the Secretariat on the procedures and institutional mechanisms for determining non-compliance with the provisions of the Stockholm Convention and for the treatment of parties found to be in non-compliance (UNEP/POPS/COP.6/29) or on the draft text resulting from the intersessional consultations set out in annex II to that document.
116- ويمكن لمؤتمر الأطراف أن يؤسس عمله في الاجتماع الحالي استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في المرفق الأول لمذكرة الأمانة عن الإجراءات والآليات المؤسسية لتحديد عدم الامتثال لأحكام اتفاقية استكهولم ومعاملة الأطراف التي ثبت عدم امتثالها (UNEP/POPS/COP.6/29) أو إلى مشروع النص الناتج عن المشاورات فيما بين الدورات الوارد في المرفق الثاني لتلك الوثيقة.

At its thirty-first session, the SBI decided to continue consideration of this issue at its thirty-second session, in accordance with rule 16 of the draft rules of procedure being applied, on the basis of the text contained in annex V to the report of the SBI on its thirtieth session, with a view to forwarding a draft text for consideration by the CMP at its sixth session.
وقررت الهيئة الفرعية، في دورتها الحادية والثلاثين، مواصلة النظر في هذه المسألة في دورتها الثانية والثلاثين، وفقا لأحكام المادة 16 من مشروع النظام الداخلي الجاري العمل به، وذلك استناداً إلى مشروع النص الوارد في المرفق الخامس لتقرير الهيئة الفرعية عن دورتها الثلاثين، بغية إحالة مشروع نص كيما ينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في دورته السادسة().
